slScott Richardson

Scott Richardson has been a litigator for over 35 years. Scott has represented clients including insurance companies, automotive suppliers, car dealerships, construction companies, pest control companies, landscape companies as well as wholesalers and retailers of a large number of commodities and products. He was named as one of Arizona’s Top Lawyers, 2010 Litigation by Arizona Business Magazine.

In addition to his litigation practice Scott represents nearly 100 pest control companies as well as allied businesses. He counsels them regarding their regulatory concerns and represents them before the various state and federal agencies which affect their industry and has been an active participant in writing pest control rules and law in Arizona for the past twenty years. The Office of Pest Control Management, the regulatory body governing pest control operations, has recognized Scott's expertise and has granted him authority to teach courses to the industry on a variety of topics including certification classes.

Scott is active in the Phoenix community. He helped formed the Horizon High School Booster Club in 1988 which continues to give 15 scholarships per year to graduating seniors. They began Horizon High School's all night drug and alcohol free graduation party called Farewell Fiesta. Scott was a founding board member of the Paradise Valley Education Foundation, is a board member of the Foundation for Public Education of the Paradise Valley United School District and the Jaburg & Wilk Foundation.
